For those Twitter users who like to do their tweeting through a browser interface rather than a desktop client, there is a new application in pre-beta called Ginx which can enhance your Twitter experience.

Just included in a long list of enhancements is the ability to create groups. Each group has an administrator who determines the members of the group based on pre-determined criteria, for example the members of a club or association, adds these members to the group and users can then follow the group. All tweets from members of the group will then show up in the timeline of the user who has subscribed whether the tweets are on subject or not. Take care of how many groups you follow as you can soon be swamped in a sea of tweets.

As Ginx is still in pre-beta registration is with an invitation code only, but these are being distributed on a regular basis and you can get yours by following Ginx on Twitter.
