Dominic Mahlangu

The DA has laid criminal charges against the ANC Youth League following revelations that millions have gone missing from its controversial investment company, Lembede Investment Holdings.

Last week, the league’s treasurer-general and chairman of Lembede Investment Holdings, Pule Mabe, released a report by the auditing firm Gobodo that showed that the company operated without any audited annual financial statements.

The Sunday Times reported at the weekend that about R436- million, accrued from 32 deals, was unaccounted for.
